I am so sad to read this almost a month later. But I don't get the paper and I no longer work for Duteau Subaru which is where I encountered Jim at. He ALWAYS had a smile on his face and would always be willing to chat. Im so sorry for your loss Connie as I remember you coming in with him when he would get the outback serviced. Even though I would tell him that it wasn't time he would still want me to make sure that it was taken care of. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Take care Connie!!! My heart breaks for you!!!
