Jeffrey Scott Price

January 15, 1962 - January 26, 2025

Jeffrey Scott Price, beloved father, son, brother, uncle, colleague, and friend, passed away at the age of 63 on January 26, 2025. Native to Lincoln, he was well known for his witty sense of humor, elaborate holiday decorations, outdoor gardening sensibility, family photography savvy, and passion for travel. Prior to his passing, he held a thirteen year tenure as a Quality Control Research Scientist for the Biological Process Development Facility at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School in 1980 and Southeast Community College in 2008 with academic distinction.

Throughout the journey of his life, Jeffrey made a profound impact upon the community. His loyal presence, fun-loving personality, and unique talents uplifted the hearts of many. He is deeply missed. Jeffrey is survived by two children, Amber and Brandon, in addition to his father, Robert Price; brother, Mike Price; numerous nieces and nephews, and more relatives who adored him. Preceded in death by his partner, Vicki Nightingale; sister, Lynne Jackowiak; and mother, Marjorie Ames. Jeffrey's legacy will live on forever.
