Jesse F. Bartels, 78, of Lincoln, NE, passed away on January 7, 2024.
Survivors include daughter, Tara (GJ) Levi of Omaha; son, Manuel Bartels of Lincoln, and son, Zach (Amy) Bartels of Lincoln; eight grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; twin brother, Joel; and sister, Ruth.
Visitation will be Friday, January 19, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 1200 S 40th Street in Lincoln, NE.

Great Uncle Jess was a kind man. He loved his family and had a wonderful since of humor. He would travel to the flea markets with Great Uncle Joel and always make it a point to visit. They're now reunited with Grandma Ruth. Rest In Heavenly Peace, We Love You .
