Scott & Heather Shepard & family - Kim was always gracious and giving to our family. She always had a smile and was such a blessing to me when we were at LCS. My heart breaks for your family, I know she will be greatly missed. God bless you. Heather Shepard

Marty, Marilinn, Steve & Family -- We were shocked to read of Kim's passing in the newspaper. Linda has fond memories of her when she was still single, working at Midwest Life Ins. Co. and, of course, through ties at Waverly High School when Steve's brother and Kim's cousin played sports there. And, Linda was reminded of Kim every time we receive a Harms Refuse bill. Nick, of course, remembers Marty & Marilinn with fondness from his truck sales to you. Please know that we're thinking of you and send our sympathy to ALL of you. Nick & Linda Pappas

Jake and the entire Harms family,

We are shocked and saddened by the loss of your mother, grandmother, and wife. She was a friend to so many and never hesitated to jump in and help any event, gathering, or memory making opportunity. I enjoyed many such events with her during your high school years. Her home was ever open to Troy as yet another son to feed and love. I trust the strength of you all will get you through this. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We will surely miss Kim !!

Steve and family,
Mom called today and told me about Kim. I am so very sorry. I have lived in Spokane, WA now for 14 years but I still try to keep up on what is happening in the family. Again, my deepest condolences.
Suzanne Harms Laird.

Jake, Matt, and family,
I am torn up inside after hearing about your loss. I am flooded with memories of hanging out with all the guys at the Harms household back in highschool. Kim always made sure that she had enough leftover food and a drawer full of candy to feed us all. What stands out most to me is the pride that she had for both of you as well as your siblings, and her generosity with opening her home to everyone. I have no doubt that the strength of your family and friends will bring you through this, and I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Steve and family,
We were so saddened to hear of the loss of your wife and mother. She was truly a special lady who was a great example for others. Even though we didn't see each other often, I remember being a teenager and seeing Kim at family gatherings and thinking..."She is so cool and I want to be just like her when I get older." She was a beautiful lady and she genuinely cared about others. As I grew older, I saw her many times while shopping in Lincoln and she always asked me about my family and how we were all doing. I know she was very proud of all of you because she would tell me about what activities you were in and your families and such. She will be greatly missed by the many lives she touched. I admired Kim a great deal and you and your families will be in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
