Mark was born March 11, 1945, in Norfolk, Nebraska to Joseph "Bill" and Verona (Duhachek) Beech. Mark started grade school in a country school close to the family farm in Meadow Grove.

Mark is survived by his partner, Linda Gray; son, Brent (Susan Antolini) Beech; daughter, Monica (Chris) Declercq; grandsons, Keith (Shelby) Catt and Nicholas Arron Antolini; great-granddaughters, Kennedy Catt and Odette Mae Catt; brother, Hal (Mary) Beech; and two nieces, Elizabeth Beech and Katherine Beech.
