Preceded in death by parents, William and Myrtle Obermeyer; first wife, LaVerne; brother, Donald; sisters, Beulah Bamsey, Edna May Kuster.
Celebration of life memorial service: 1 p.m. Friday, Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 S. 14th St. Lincoln Memorial Park. Memorials: in lieu of flowers, family's choice.

To Oak's Family and many friends - I'm so sorry to hear of Oak's passing - he was such a special man. It was a pleasure to work for him and to be his friend when I was at SCC in the Purchasing Dept. His strength in the face of loss was an inspiration for me and I admired him greatly! Please accept my sympathy.
