Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Monday (1/5/09) at Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 "O" Street. Debbie Way, Life Celebrant officiating. Memorials to the Raymond Volunteer Fire Department. Ron Schied was a wonderful farmer and provider. His sense of humor and love of children were well known. It is a tragedy that his life was cut short. He would have been a wonderful grandfather in the years to come.

Well be missing him alot and he was a really nice person with a big heart we understood each other really good wish we could of spent more time with him. our heart is really really broken. last time we see him was at christmas he said "merry christmas"

Very sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I have a lot of fond memories of when we would visit when we were kids. I loved going there. Ronny was always a special person. I love you cuz! My thoughts and prayers are with Dean and Dorothy and all of the family!
