Shirley O. Dalby, 94, of Syracuse, was born on May 3, 1931, and passed away on October 27, 2025.
She is survived by her son, Randy Dalby; daughter, Joni (Tom) Hruby; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service Saturday, November 1, at 2 p.m. at the Fusselman Funeral Home in Syracuse. The service will be livestreamed on the Fusselman Facebook page.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
