Wilhelmina J. (Willa) Kritner

February 4, 1929 - April 23, 2024

Willa was born on February 4, 1929, in Wheatland, WY, to Martin H. and Mary E. (Wegner) Bubb. Graduate of Lincoln High School and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she was a member of Sigma Alpha Iota. She was a teacher with Lincoln Public Schools and Assistant Principal at Pershing Elementary, teacher UNL Early Childhood Development summer school. She was a member at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Former Director & Treasurer of Redeemer Chancel Guild, Teacher of Bethel Bible series, Bethel Series representative for Southeast Nebraska, Women's Thursday Bible study leader and various community groups.

Survivors include sister, Rosellen Klintworth, Seward; sister-in-law, Nola Bubb, Lincoln; nephews and nieces: Mike (Holly) Klintworth, Seward, Dave (Kim) Bubb, and Dan (Kathy) Bubb, Lincoln; eight great-nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth; brother, Don Bubb; brother-in-law, Ted Klintworth.

A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 12:00 Noon at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery, 6800 S. 14th Street, please meet at gate #2.

Memorials to Redeemer Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
