Survivors: wife Ellen, Auburn; children Jay (Abbie Widger), Syracuse, Joel (Natalie), Palmer, Jon (Keri), Phoenix, AZ, Angie (George) Herrera, Peoria, AZ; 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral: Friday, June 23, 10:30 am, St. Paul Lutheran Church, Auburn. Visitation: funeral home, Thursday, 10 am to 8 pm, with family 6 to 8.

I´m a farmer at waverly Nebraska I planted asgrow soybeans and at one time corn. Bill was my DSM as I was a dealer for mostly myself. I remember the big test plot at Nebraska city every year and farm shows. He was a great guy and innovator in the seed industry. My thoughts and prayers go to the family he will be missed
