William "Bill" B. Splichal, 99, of Texas, passed away May 18, 2024. Bill's Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, June 3, 2024, at Wyuka Funeral Home, 3600 "O" Street, Lincoln, NE 68510.
