Dale:
Our prayers are with you during this time of adjustment without the Love of your life by your side. May the awesome memories carry you through the rough times and may the Prince of Peace, Jesus, fill the emptiness in your heart with His eternal, never-ending love.
The 3rd Tuesday night meetings won't be the same without Dave! He was an inspiration to all and a joy to have as part of our group. We will miss him for a long long time!

Dave will be sadly missed at the St. Luke's support group meetings. He was always willing to share his experiences with others, and was upfront about his journey. I am glad to have had the chance to have known him, and send my prayers and condolences to his family.

Dave was a great help to me and my husband, he was a great support person helping both of us through the gastric by-pass surgery. Dave always knew how to make someone smile! We will miss you Dave, and all of the chats that we had! Rest in Peace

When I think of you Dave, I can't help but smile. You shot from the hip and never minced words. That's what set you apart from others. You came into our lives to take care of our Joey and we are forever grateful for that. We will miss you big guy. Love Susie, Rex, Tony and Andy Pauling and the entire Esayena Family
