David Heil Obituary

BIG BEND - David Heil, 45 of Big Bend found peace on November 2, 2009. He was born on July 2, 1964 to Bill and the late Marcy Heil. He was an avid biker and a lover of all animals especially his feline kids. He loved to cook and was very good at it. He is survived by his father Bill; brothers, Michael (Nancy), Kit, Dean, Andy(Wendy), and Billy. Sisters, Rae Anne(Glenn), Lori, and Sarah. Nieces and nephews, Jamie, Jarrett, Jesse, Cassie, Bernard, Dustin, Dillon, Tia, Kody, Kelsey, Nick, Morgan, and Storay; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marcy; his brother, Jay; and his grandparents. A service will be held Thursday November 5, 2009 at 7 p.m. with a visitation from 4 p.m. until the time of service all at St Josephs Catholic Church in Big Bend. A private family inurnment will be held at Prairie Home Cemetery at a later date.

I knew Dave briefly but was mezmerized by his laughter. He and I did not see eye to eye on communication skills but we learned from one another. Forever in my memory and heart - thanks for the gifts Dave - God loves you and I loved you.
