My Deepest condolences to Kay's family. My Mother Lois H. Kairis & Kay Sheriff were Girl Scout Co-Leaders in the Racine area for many years. Kay & My Mother were best friends for many years. I have My Mothers scrap book showing many pictures of the two of them together with the girls in their troups over the years.

When My parents, Charles & Lois Kairis retired and moved to Eagle River, Kay would go up there and stay with them on Her 2 week summer vacations.

Kay will be sadley missed by all who knew Her.

She was a Very Special Friend to My Parents & My Brother & I.

Sincerely, Kathleen "Kairis" Ashauer

Kay was a dedicated contributor to the Work Week team at the Clearing. She cut up enough kindling to start a thousand fireplaces !!

MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO ALL THE REALITIVES OF KAY'S. I'M 68 YEARS YOUNG AND I HAD KAY AS A SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER AND WAS ONE OF THE BEST TIMES IN MY LIFE. NOT ONLY DID SHE TEACH US ABOUT GOD SHE TAUGHT US TO GET ALONG AS A GROUP. WE WENT ON PICNIC'S AND BOY COULD SHE HIT A BASEBALL. I TREASURE THE MEMORIES SHE GAVE ME IN MY LIFE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND "KAY TWINKLE BRIGHTLY IN THE SKY"
