Michael Janca Obituary

RACINE - Michael J. Janca, 56, entered eternal life on Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Mike was born on July 3rd, 1954 in Menomonee, Michigan, son of the late Frank J. and Betty Jane (nee: Beyer) Janca, Sr. Mike enjoyed working many years as an employee of the Roundy's Corporation at Pick N' Save on South Green Bay Road. He graduated St. Stanislaus Grade School and was also a graduate of Park High School, Class of 1972. Mike enjoyed walks on Lake Michigan. His most favorite pastime however, was many weekly visits and outings with his loving Daughter, Elizabeth. He was loved by many friends and family members and will be greatly missed. Mike is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth J. Janca; grandson, Brayden J. Coltman, former spouse and friend, Christine A. Kies; and niece, Veronica Estes. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Margaret Cooksey, and Tonia Estes; and brother, Frank J. Janca, Jr. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Complete services will be held in the chapel at Calvary Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2011.
