Nancy Holmlund Obituary
Nancy Holmlund, 83, passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday, October 11, 2025. Her visitation (with the casket present) will be in the funeral home on Friday, October 17th, from 4 to 7 p.m., with a time for sharing starting at 6 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held in Christ Church United Methodist, 5109 Washington Avenue on Saturday, October 18th, at 11 a.m. (her casket will not be present at church). Church service will be followed by lunch and fellowship. Guests are invited to bring a letter or note telling how Nancy touched your life to be published in a book by the family. I met Nancy through her work in Racine Innerfaith Coalition. At the time her, 2013 her concerns were for transportation for low income and disabled. I saw her earlier this year, spoke briefly to her. She cared about others deeply. My condolences.
