Brad and Jenny,

I was so sorry to hear about your dad's passing. I have a cousin that is 59 with Parkinson's disease and know how very challenging it makes ones life.

Brad, your dad leaves a legacy with you in his spirit for innovation. Like your father, you have always been a pioneer in the field of education. The Applied Learning Center is just one example from your work.

Your father's service as a veteran is something you can always be proud about. In my opinion, our veterans are real-life heroes to all of us that enjoy life in a democratic society.

Brad and Jenny, please know that Greg and I will keep both of you in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time in your lives.

Take care.

Brad,

I am saddened to read about the death of your father. Having lost my father in-law last month I can imagine your sadness at his loss.

In his obituary, I read that he held a number of patents associated with medical devices. Please accept my thanks for his work in improving the lives of those who benefitted from his work.

Like many of his generation, I suspect that he led a life which served as a positive model for you and those he knew.

Having known and worked with you for the past 4 years, I'm inclined to believe that he did a darn good job of being an exemplary role model.

Again, my deepest sympathies.
