Ron Winiarski Obituary

Ron Winiarski

November 22, 1950 - August 14, 2025

YORKVILLE - Ron "Svenie" Winiarski, 74, of Yorkville, Wisc., passed away Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Autumn Lake Health Care at Greenfield.

Born in Milwaukee, Wisc., on November 22, 1950, he was the son of Edward and Eleanor (nee Puegens) Winiarski. He served in the US Air Force and was united in marriage to Peggy Bauman for 43 wedded bliss years.

Ron's early years activities included hunting, bowling and cards, especially Sheepshead and Cribbage. Most of all, he loved spending time with friends and his cherished family. In later years, he enjoyed spending time at the condo in Ft. Myers, Fla., relaxing on the beach and spending time with "the four-legged boys" Stuart and Scooby. He also took every opportunity to make a daily stop at Kwik Trip.

Ron is survived by his wife, Peggy; children, Tedi Winiarski, Sally (Dan) Kubasa, Cody Winiarski and Jennifer (Kurt) Mikitus; grandchildren, Elliot and Miles Kubasa and Kelsey (Matt) Steinmetz; and great-grandchildren, Lennon and Kaiden.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Polnasek-Daniels Funeral Home.
