Wilbur Eastman Obituary

RACINE - Mr. Wilbur N. Eastman, 67, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare on Saturday, October 14, 2006. Wilbur was born to the late Nathan and Viola (nee: Kelbach) Eastman in Racine on May 13, 1939. He had lived in Racine all his life. Mr. Eastman was a member of the Classy Cruisers Car Club and a former member of the Model A Club. Wilbur is survived by two children, Doreen (Richard) Ostergaard and Dwayne (Karen) Eastman, both of Racine; four grandchildren, Nathaniel and Carolyn Eastman and Mark and Amber Ostergaard; one brother, Robert (Joyce) Eastman of Freemont, Calif.; two sisters, Beverly (John) Christopherson and Beatrice Olsen, both of Racine; good friends, Laura Eastman, Charles Reeser, and Michael Britson; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, James Olsen; and a good friend, John Vassh Sr. Funeral services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 18, 2006, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
