Alice E. Ische

1918 - 2018

Ische, Alice E. (Nee Burg) Alice Ische passed on to heaven at the age of 99 on June 5, 2018. Alice lived at her home on Roosevelt Dr. for seventy-four years. Her family has fond memories of time at the kitchen table surrounded by Alice's love and chocolate chip cookies. Alice will be most remembered for her gift of hospitality. She never knew a stranger. Everyone was welcome in her home. Alice was preceded in death by parents Harold and Marion Burg, husband Burt, son James, three sisters, Virginia, Jane and Helen, special nieces and nephews and many friends. Alice is survived by son Thomas (Lyneen), daughters, Ellen (Martin), Alice (Wayne), and Janice (Bill), Daughter in laws Suzy and Gail, twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. A Memorial Mass for Alice will be held at St. Mary's Parish, N89 W16297 Cleveland Ave., Menomonee Falls on Mon. June 18 at 2 PM. Visitation is at the Church from 12 Noon until the time of Mass. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Menomonee Falls. Special thanks to Dr. Nirav Patel and Staff at Aurora and Kathy Hospice who cared for Alice in her final days and to family and friends who surrounded her with their love over the course of her recent illness. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Mary's School, where Alice and her children attended, would be appreciated.
