We were out of town and, regrettably, did not learn of Andy's passing until after his services.

Andy was a "throwback to the '60s boss," a straight shooter-- and you stayed on his good side by being straight with him.

Tough negotiator, but also forgiving and generous.

Drove a Cadillac-- and God love him-- a Harley.

Not many exec's like Andy are left and for those in the business more's the loss. May "The Man" rest in peace.

My deepest condolences. I had the pleasure of working with Andy for several years when I was a reporter at WITI and remember him fondly. Karen Friedman.

I first got to know Andy as a high school student and Junior Achievement in the JA "companies" sponsored by Tv6. After graduating from college, I had the opportunity to work with him again as Regional Marketing Director for Feld Entertainment, negotiating promotions with WITI to be a sponsor of either Ringling Bros. Circus or Disney on Ice productions. He was always a "tough sell" as he wanted to turn every meeting into another opportunity to teach me more about the Tv business. He was a great mentor and cheerleader, and I cherished my opportunities to work with him. My condolences to his family on their loss.
