I was so sorry to hear about your son. I didn't know him, but that doesn't matter...he sounded like a great kid. I heard he had a nice service and if I could have been there I would have. There is no way I can imagine the pain you are going through -- just know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I regret not having known of the loss of your son Andy to have attended what I'm certain was a wonderful celebration of his life. While we have lost touch with one another I am certain your exceptional core values and virtues remain unchanged. I never met Andy but my husband knew him from the store he worked at.He talked about Andy many times and what a great kid he was. I always thought that was odd because who talks about someone who checks you out at a store? After reading these posts I realize now what a special person your son must have been and I am so sorry for your loss. We live in the neighborhood and Andy told my husband he would "watch out for your boy". (our 7 yr old son) He sounded like such a great kid and we are so sorry for your loss. I hope you can find peace in knowing how he touched so many people - I hope I can bring my sons up to be as kind and thoughtful as your son.

I just wanted to say I am sorry for your loss and i regret that i could not make it for the services for Andy. I had hung out with Andy on a few occasions in the Dells with my father. He seemed to really enjoy his time in the dells with my father and family. He truely was a great guy.

I was lucky enough to know Andy for three years, which were the happiest three years of my life. I will never forget his laugh or the way he could always put a smile on my face.
