Although many years have gone by since I saw Barbara, she has remained in my heart. She was the only sister I ever had. We did keep in touch through out the years, sometimes more frequently than other, but I am glad it was several times this last year. Barbara did a fine job in raising such a loving and devoted daughter Sara, a accomplishment that is of the highest praise. I wish I had the oppurnity to see her these last years. May The Lord Bless and Keep Her

I am going to miss your mom a lot...she has been there with me through my ex leaving..and also while mom was so sick...always asking about her and always concerned about my well being...she would always cheer me up and tell me how important i was and that no one should have to go through what i did...so i guess she was my cheering section too...we even discussed our work situations...and compare our days sometimes...i did not realize she was so sick...but she is now with our lord and saviour...one of his beautiful flowers...i tried to send this last night but it did not seem to go if it did then there will be two...your mom was a dear friend...I pray for gods strength and guidence tomorrow...reach out to him he will be there for you...he is just a prayer away....

It seems in times like this everyone always wants to say something to help you heal. But no matter what people say or how sad they are, healing is something we all have do to our own way and in our own time. All I can say, I'm truly grateful I got to reconnect with my aunt after so many years apart. I wish there had been more time. I know she loved Sara, Art and the girls with all her heart. And I know she loved her friends. My heart, thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Sarah, feel free to call any time, I can always listen and understand what you're feeling. And Barb, I'll be seeing you in Heaven.

It seems so long ago when we used to visit Sara and Barb, and just hang out. Brad, Mike and I would stop by almost every night, not because we didn't have anything to do, but just because it would be fun. Since then Sara and Artie have become some of my closest friends, and they were a huge help when my mother died last July. There are no words that are adequate or appropiate for the loss of your mother but I offer my deepest sympathy and any help I can give.

I had a special place in my heart for barb. She and I would spend hours on the phone discussing everything. She never judged and was a a great friend. It is not only a loss for me, but to the world. She was a talented, loving person, who cared about her family

At first she was just a passenger on my bus route, and as time passed by she became a dear friend. She will live forever in our hearts, and our memories!

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family and of course Barbara: a survivor, a mom, a grandmother, a sister, a great friend to many and a fun person to be around.
We miss her and hope God has chosen her to run some neat websites in heaven.
We will also miss her comments on the some of the emails that we sent out on our joke list.

Although, I didn't know Barbara personally, I have learned to know her by her friends in a email group she used to belong. Everyone who knew her in the group, spoke very highly of her. My condolences to her daughter, Sarah and the rest of her family. It is hard to lose a beloved parent, and I hope you will cut the grief of her loss with the many happy memories you have of having her in your life. In Jesus' name may she be and her beloved family be blessed for eternity. Alta Samuels

Mom,
I miss you immensely. I didn't realize how hard my life would be without you in it. You were my coach, my cheerleader and you always had faith in me, even when at times I didn't. I am going to miss that so much.
I know you're in a better place and even though it seems a lifetime away. I know it will only be a thought away.
"I'll love you forever,
I'll like you for always,
As long as I'm living
my Mommy you'll be! "
I love you Mom!!
