What a treasure Betty was to know and to love. I loved watching her as she loved all the little ones. She always knew exactly what to do to welcome them and put them at ease as they came to school for the first time. And I loved teaching with her....I learned so much. And I loved the way she loved MY children Amanda Hoppert Haas and Rick Hoppert. She and Rick shared a birthday on May 5th and she always remembered him as we remembered her. And I loved the way she shared her vast experience with pre-school and many were blessed by her wisdom and encouragement. She was fun and funny and loved teasing and teaching and her dear husband Bob and all of her family. We rejoice that she is released from the struggles of this life and is enjoying her new eternal life in heaven. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as we join in giving thanks for the blessing she was to each of us.

Such.a loss and yet her gain into eternity. As a teacher of my sons and a co teacher to me, she was an inspiration to me ...with grateful love in knowing her ,

We will always remember Betty with much love and respect as a very special person of God. She was a dear friend to our family and a mentor to us as we raised our children. She was loved and revered by our three children, Julie, Suzanne, and Jeff who had the honor of having her as their Kindergarten teacher, and later their friend. We will always have loving memories of times shared with her and are thankful to God for the significant part she had in our lives. We ask God to continually bless her loving family with His love.
