Carole Griffiths Obituary

Griffiths, Carole Ann Carole Ann (Treleven) Griffiths, 74, of Grafton WI, passed away in her home on September 7, 2015 following a courageous battle with ALS. She was born in Beaver Dam WI to Erwin and Edna (Smith) Treleven. She taught math at Grafton High School and MATC, and played the organ and piano and sang in choirs at area churches, most recently at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cedarburg WI. Carole is survived by her husband of 53 years Dave; daughter Lynn (Kyle) Anderson of Castle Pines, CO; son and primary caregiver David of Grafton; grandsons Nick and Sammy Anderson of Castle Pines, CO; sister Barbara Isgren of Naperville, IL; brother Robert (Mary) Treleven of Oneida, WI; as well as many family members and close friends who will all miss her dearly. A celebration of Carole's life will be held on Sunday September 20 at Mueller Funeral Home, 979 N. Green Bay Road in Grafton. Visitation will be from 12-2pm, with a memorial service following at 2pm. Memorials can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in Cedarburg, or to the ALS Association.
