Cathy Zwaska Obituary
Menomonee Falls - (Nee Kovac) Born to Eternal Life on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at 75 years old. Cathy is preceded in death by her husband Robert "Bob". She was a very loving mother to Bob (Gail), Mike (Mackenzie), and Dave (Laurie Cunningham) Zwaska. Very proud grandmother of Patrick and Abby ; Julian and Johanna; Owen and Tessa Zwaska. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Zwaska Funeral Home from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Please see zwaskafuneral.com for more service information.

Dear Family,
While I didn't know Cathy, I want to extend my personal prayer and sympathy to you as well as from our parish staff. Cathy was on my phone tree list, but I never could get connected with her. I hope your many good memories and our dear Lord will sustain and heal you in time. Know that OLGH parish/school is grateful especially for all her educational innovation and programs she began.

I was so sorry to hear of Cathy's passing. I did her hair since before you kids were born, up until my retirement 2 years ago. She was always a joy to be with, so proud of her family. I heard many stories of all of you and her cousin o rama. Over the years she brought such happiness to everyone she met. She will be missed.

I am so very sorry to see this...I've enjoyed seeing posts on Facebook where Cathy looked so happy with her darling grandchildren! Cathy was principal at St. Seb's when I started my teaching career in 1973...a great mentor, boss, role model and friend. Even though we didn't see each other, I always felt a connection with her. rest in peace dearest Cathy. You made our world a better place for having lived in it.

I enjoyed teaching with Cathy at st. james and st. Sebastian: introducing her to Bob: many fine dinners in earlier years. She was a lovely, kind soul and very intelligent and always happy and filled with laughter. She LOVED, LOVED, LOVED her 3 boys and very proud of them. Really liked this lady the minute I met her. Very friendly, caring and kind. She was very good to my daughter who was welcomed into the family as #71 (I think). Enjoyed discussing books with her and catching up on what the grandchildren were doing. A joy to be around.
My condolences to the family. I know she will be missed.

Remembering Kathy at OLGH St Patrick festivals. My mom (Rosemary Krieg) and I enjoyed visiting and playing bingo there with her and her husband. So many laughs we shared at that time. May she rest in peace.
