Forever your friend, James Anis Wright, Jr.

I worked with Chuck as a teenager in the early to Mid '90's! He was like an Uncle and a brother to me! And since our job consisted of 2 man crews, I developed a very tight bond with him! Although we were on the job and consistently remained professional with customers, I can tell you, we had many laughs, I mean plenty of laughs! Whenever our Supervisors paired us up for the day, week, or month or whatever, I was elated! I would hang out with him at the house from time to time and we'd have a ball! There was NEVER a dull moment with him, and I learned some very important life lessons that I hold in my heart today! I think of him often and have been looking for him for years! I am deeply saddened that it 5 years have passed since he left us before I found his obituary, when I just wanted to talk to my friend 1 more time! It is nearing 30 years since I last talked with him, as I still talk to my friends and co-workers about the adventures he and I had to this very day, here's my message to my friend, Big Chuck, you were, are, and forever will be a GREAT friend of mine! Hell, I just found out that you were born before both my parents, none the less, you were everything to me, you are my pal, my friend, my work partner, my buddy! I have been missing you since the last time we spoke! You impacted my life in more ways than you will ever know! You augmented many values that my parents instilled in me and I will NEVER forget! You are my friend! Big Chuck as I called you, I Love You, I miss you, and I will NEVER forget you! I will see you again!

So sorry to hear of Chucks passing. We've lived a couple doors down for quite a few years now. His dog Snowball used to always come down to our house and visit. Just know he's in a better place now.
