Louise Ann Cebery, age 61 of Westfield passed away Monday, February 16, 2026 at her home. Louise was born in Berlin to Lester and Lucille (Peterson) Blackburn on March 5, 1964. She was raised in the Berlin and Kingston areas and attended Markesan Schools. Louise was united in marriage to Thomas Cebery at St. Mary Catholic Church in Kingston on November 15, 1980 and together they were blessed with two children. They lived near Fort McCoy while Tom served in the military for many years until relocating to rural Westfield in 2022.
Louise enjoyed being outside, always looking after the many animals she was raising and always looked forward to her next chance to go fishing. She worked alongside Tom on many projects and was always there to support her grandchildren at their events.
Louise is survived by her husband of 45 years, Thomas and two children: Kelly (Christopher) Slayton of Farmville, Virginia and John (ReNee) of Montello. She is also survived by four very special grandchildren: Melanie, Russell, Josh and Dakota as well as three siblings: Jean (Mark) Volek, Chester (Donna) Blackburn and Mary Jones. Louise is further survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
Louise is preceded in death by her parents and siblings: David Bei, Christopher Bei, Joseph Seigel, and infant Elizabeth.
Honoring Louise’s wishes, a private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
