Working with Charlie on the Greenfield Police Department for almost 20 years gave me a lifelong friend. I will miss him more than words can say and in his own closing words each time we spoke, "God Bless You".

We will always remember the first time Chuck introduced us to the song The Silver Haired Daddy. As he sang along it was easy to see the happiness on his face and the love pouring from his heart as he reminisced. He will surely be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all that knew this very special man.
