Milwaukee - Entered into Eternal Life on January 10, 2020 at the age of 82. Beloved Husband of Miriam Blathers. Further survived by 2 children and a host of other relatives and friends. He was the Pastor of Paradise Sanctuary Missionary Baptist Church. Combined Services on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Philadelphia Baptist Church 2028 W. God bless Pastor David Blathers for his hard work and dedication in his Christian ministry. Pastor Blathers was also mighty warrior for justice as he was a committed servant in the civil rights movement starting in the 1960's until he left his earthly body. He was a close friend of the Coggs Family, we love and will truly miss him. God Bless his beautiful wife and family!
