David Christiansen Obituary
New Berlin - Age 75, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, August 1st, 2021. Dave was a beloved family member, friend, teacher and mentor to so many. He spent over 30 years as a social studies teacher, baseball and basketball coach at Milwaukee Marshall High School. Even in retirement his love of sports continued, playing senior softball, and officiating both softball and basketball. He was happiest spending time with his friends, talking to his son on the phone and umpiring softball. He is survived by his only child Michael (Julie) Christiansen, siblings Kay, Gary (Francisca) and Eric (Linda) and many other extended family members.
Services will be held Friday, August 6th, 2021 at the FUNERAL HOME (16880 W. National Ave.) from 4pm to time of prayer service at 6pm. A separate Celebration of Life memorial service will take place on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 and all are welcome (details to follow).

Dear Mike and Christianson Family,
I will always remember David as a man who loved people and loved life. We had many exciting times traveling and playing softball together with Our friends on Michael´s Softball Team. David will be missed by all who knew him.
