Dear Donald and David's Family,

We are heart broken at the loss of our Dear Friend David. He was a kind, gentle and sweet soul. And one of the funniest, wittiest persons we had the pleasure of calling our friend. We cherished every moment we got to spend with him. We ache for more of those precious moments. We will miss him forever and he will eternally live in our hearts and memories.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Lisa, Dave, Heidi, Dave
