Yesterday I joined a lot of people whose lives were touched in a positive way by an amazing woman named Dawn Szecsy. She relished life and lived it with gusto. I recall the big whoop she gave when one of her dogs won in the ring. Well, Dawn I give you a big whoop for being a winner. You lived your life fully with love and intensity. Bela, my deepest sympathy. You know you can call on me to help. I will miss Dawn sorely.

To Bela and family, I am saddened by the sudden passing of Dawn and the grief you must be feeling. Hoping that time and great memories lessen the pain for you. Her loss to the Beardie family is felt far and wide. I bet Dawn is smiling down on us all from the Rainbow Bridge and having a ball with family, friends, and the special dogs that went before her. May her spirit continue to shine brightly.

I worked with Dawn in my first position at S&N. She was kind, friendly, passionate and very funny. Her sense of humor, kindness and generosity was truly a wonderful gift to everyone who came to know her. She will be greatly missed. Heaven is really a rockin' now. Smile for you can only imagine... May every Beardie and those special XTC furkids run, jump, kiss, lick and bark the arrival of your Dawn at Rainbow Bridge. I hope my RB Beardies welcome her with a nosebump and a playbow! I have a Bearded Collie. I had never met Dawn (online or in person), but I've read so many tributes to her among my Facebook Beardie friends this past week that I know I missed out knowing a wonderful, wonderful lady with as much heart and humour as the dogs she bred. I'm so grateful to everybody for posting about her, and feel deeply sad I never had the chance to catch up with this little corner of Beardiedom myself.
Condolences to her family. She was obviously well loved, and know that through her dogs she has even touched people who never met her.
