Visitation Wed., Sept. 28 at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 380 W. Bluemound Rd. (Hwy J and JJ, 4 blocks south of I-94) from 10AM until the Funeral Services at 11AM. Interment Wisconsin Memorial Park at 12:30PM, meet at the Cemetery. Member of the Ladies Auxiliary Club #453 and a teacher's aid at Blair School in Waukesha.

So sorry to hear the sad news. I always was happy to see Dawn but sorry I couldn't make her feel better. Many of the respiratory therapists at Froedtert Hospital also send condolences.
