I just today heard the news of your loss...although our paths have not crossed in the past few years, you two were very much part of my memories and my life when I first moved to Lake Lore. Russ and Family,
We are so sorry to hear about Donna. She was such a special lady, so sweet but also very strong and determined when she needed to be. All of you had endured so much these past 8 years. In many ways you were fortunate to have had more time together than originally expected when this all started and that was important, but still not enough in the end, I'm sure. I hope those many days together will bring you good memories, smiles and comfort in the coming years. Donna was loved by you, her family and so many friends. Her long battle is finished, it was time to rest.
We will miss her. Rest in peace dear friend.

Alan and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to you. I know the last eight years have been extremely difficult; and both you and Donna showed such great strength through it all. Although Donna and I didn't see much of each other in our adult years, I will always have fond memories of our childhood and the family ties that bound us together. I have a special place in my heart for Donna, she was such a kind and thoughtful person. Donna is gone too soon but not forgotten.

Donna would always tell me how much she loved and appreciated you and how lucky she was to have you for her husband. The love you shared with each other is an inspiration to everyone who saw the two of you together. The memories of many good times will never be forgotten. The times spent with the two of you are all happy memories. Donna and I had many good times, did some crazy things and had many great laughs. I will cherish the memories forever. My fondest memory of Donna is on Milwaukee Bay enjoying a cocktail with her & Russ aboard her favorite little tug boat the "Donna B" !
I will miss her perpetual smile, quick
wit & charming personality.
She was courageous in her pursuit to
concur her illness for the past 8 years, and was an inspiration to all of us who knew her & loved her.
