I just found out about this terrible/unfortunate travesty. This is unreal to me. What a wonderful, intelligent, witty, focused individual Erik was. I had the fortunate pleasure of meeting his aquantaince as his AF recruiter and I have to this date not met a person with the intellect and drive that Erik had. My heart hearts today and will do so everytime I see his picture on my wall. Miss you Bro! (904)237-2763. Please would someone from the family reach out to me.

Erik,
you were truly a part of my family--the son that i never had. You are missed more than you will ever know. As hard as it is to lose you, I know you are in a better place---a place where you can truly rest your body, mind, and soul in paradise. gone too soon, but you truly lived life to the fullest! Sandra and Kandace, You did a wonderful job in raising such a wonderful and caring young man. Love you

I still can't believe your gone and I don't ever know when this nightmare will ever seem real. The selfish part of me wishes it was someone else's son, someone else's friend, someone else's love but the strong part of me knows your at peace. Kandace and Sandra I know there is no hug I can give, no words I can say to calm your pain, but I do know Erik loved you both very much and appreciated you both, he is watching down on you and wants you guys to find strenghth thru this. I am blessed I met him and got to share so much with him because of him I am a better me.. may he rest peacefully in paradise! God.needed him more than we did!

I love you Erik. Our time together was too short but I will cherish every moment we shared. Sandy and Kandace Erik was a wonderful man and you did a wonderful job. I will never meet anyone like him again. Erik was my angel and I love him very much.
