I just found out about this terrible/unfortunate travesty. This is unreal to me. What a wonderful, intelligent, witty, focused individual Erik was. I had the fortunate pleasure of meeting his aquantaince as his AF recruiter and I have to this date not met a person with the intellect and drive that Erik had. you were truly a part of my family--the son that i never had. You are missed more than you will ever know. I still can't believe your gone and I don't ever know when this nightmare will ever seem real. I love you Erik. Our time together was too short but I will cherish every moment we shared. Sandy and Kandace Erik was a wonderful man and you did a wonderful job. I will never meet anyone like him again. Erik was my angel and I love him very much.
