Erna Lane Obituary

Lane, Erna (Nee Apisdorf) Passed away December 10, 2007 at age 91. Preceded in death last year by her husband of 63 years, Sidney Lane. Loving mother of Jeff (Trish) Lane and grandmother of Jonathan Lane. Sister of Rena Berger of Israel. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Erna was born in Vienna, Austria and was eternally grateful to the late Harold Apisdorf for helping her come to the United States in 1940. She lived in New York City until she moved to Milwaukee in 2004. A disciplined and strong woman who volunteered for many organizations in her younger years, she truly enjoyed what life had to offer. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 14, at 10:30 AM, AT THE FUNERAL HOME. Burial to follow at Mound Zion Cemetery, 14510 W. North Ave., Brookfield.
