To Peg and Erv's extended family,
It was with great sadness to learn from Richard about Erv's passing. You all know that Erv held a special place in our hearts. Our greatest joy upon moving into Autumn Woods was being neighbors with you and Erv. Any our greatest sorrow was leaving you when we returned to Kansas City. Although I was hoping that Erv would live forever, we knew that his time was short. Peg, he could not have wished for a better lifetime companion than you. He had a good life. As I mentioned to him the last time we spoke, he sure had a good run at it. I loved to see him laugh, especially when I dressed up his statue in Penn State clothes when 'his' Badgers were playing PSU. He also seemed to love that Probe as much as we did. I'm sure it gave him pleasure when cruising around town in it.
Due to Erv, I became interested in the US Army Air Corps and the high risk of the dangerous missions over Europe. I always admired him for his service.
We love you Peg, and we feel better knowing your entire family will be with you through your darkest days.
With Love, Jan and Paul Yeager

Our hearth filled thoughts and prayers go out to you Peg, and your family. I will always remember those times that Erv would stop in to the L-M Dealership to say "Hello" and we would then just talk. The both of you treated Sheila and I more like a part of your family since we first met in 1974. We will always be grateful. Sincerely, John & Sheila Zasoba
