I thank Eugene for mentoring me for over ten years in the insurance business. We travel together from one meeting to the next. He was very low key. All the awards he got he always encouraged me that I could do it to. With his guidance I succeeded until I ventured off into doing something else because of burn out. I loved him for being so kind and patient with me. You never would have thought he was a Police Detective if you did not know. He looked forward to a long retirement with his beautiful wife. My condolences to Mrs. Farmer and his daughter. May you find comfort knowing that he truly loved you all as you well know. I heard of his passing after he was buried. I moved from Milwaukee to North Carolina but I will never forget this gentle giant. May God bless and keep you all.
