When you are part of a large family there usually is such thing as a favorite Uncle, and you come pretty close to being that for me Uncle Frank. I think of all those years and weekends that you painted houses with my dad (Don) and in my mind's eye I picture you with him, Uncle Nick and Grandpa Dankert. All of you dressed in white shirts and paint overalls . . . loading up one of your old Ford station wagons with ladders and painting supplies . . . . joking and laughing . . . . or taking a break in the garage of someone's house you guys were painting . . . . . crouched on a paint can drinking coffee from your thermos's. As a kid I have fond memories of visiting you, Aunt Bev and all my cousins (BIG relation as Grandpa Dankert always said!) when you lived on Harvard Lane. As an adult my memories are of you being so kind to stop by and visit my folks at their condo every so often . . . and you continued to visit my dad when he was all by himself after my mom passed away. I will remember you as a happy guy who liked to joke around to make people laugh. Lucky for us it took a while, but now the ole painting crew is back together again up in Heaven . . . we surely will miss you here, but I'm certain St. Peter can use your help touching up those pearly gates!

To my dear cousins, please know that we are keeping all of you and Aunt Bev in our thoughts and prayers. With deepest sympathy and love, your niece/cousin,

JoAnn and Mary B.
