I knew Frank for many years. He was a man with a gentle giving spirit as I can tesfity many times over. His lost is very keenly felt. The world lost a good friend. For that is what he was to all who knew him.

I only met Frank once when he and Yvonne visited me in Nebraska last summer. He was a very kind man. My condolences go out to his family. I hope you all find peace during this difficult time.
