Frank J. O'Meara

1933 - 2014

O'Meara, Frank J. Born July 26, 1933 in Sioux City, Iowa to the late Arthur and Lillian O'Meara. Entered Eternal Life Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the age of 80 years. Beloved father of David (Rosalie) and Michael. Proud grandfather of Janelle. Former spouse of Patricia (Bush). Preceded in death by his brother, William and sister, Mary Anne (Thorson). Frank proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War on board the USS Philippine Sea Aircraft Carrier. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and was a certified financial analyst at the University of Minnesota. Frank was president of the Republic Funding Corporation where he performed mergers and acquisitions. He was a financial instructor at Keller University, teaching in both Chicago and Milwaukee. Frank was also a certified tax specialist; performing tax preparation for individual and corporate taxes. He was a parish member at St. Monica Parish and served on the Booster Club for many years. A special thank you for the kind care given by Allay Hospice and the staff of Mitchell Manor/ Meadowmere. A Memorial Celebration of Frank's life will be held on Friday, June 6, 2014 from 2 PM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 3 PM at ST. MONICA CATHOLIC CHURCH (160 East Silver Spring Drive, Whitefish Bay).
