Fred Kiekhaefer Obituary

Kiekhaefer, Fred Jerome Passed away October 16, 2014, at age 65 after a valiant fight against cancer. Fred was born on January 21, 1949 to Fred Leroy and the late Kathryn (nee Wyman). Beloved brother of Diane (John) Bloch, Karen (Thomas) Brill and Suzanne (George) Koeckritz. Loving uncle of Alison and Michelle Bloch, Jacquelyn Brill and George Koeckritz, III. Fred served in the U.S. Army for 2 years and was stationed in Korea. He was a dedicated city of Milwaukee engineering technician for 33 years and was a member of the Association of Municipal Engineers. Fred served as an Election poll official for 20 years and volunteered with the Milwaukee Public Library. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, Oct. 30 at 11 AM at the Funeral Home, with visitation from 10 AM until the time of service. Private interment Southern Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove.
