Gail Tuzee

1934 - 2018

Tuzee, Gail Gail Elaine Tuzee, 84 of Cape Coral, Fl, loving wife, mother, and grandmother; passed to eternal life peacefully with her family surrounding her in her home in Cape Coral, Fl. on July 1, 2018. Gail was born in Minneapolis, MN to Glenn and Helen (Goodrich) Severson. She moved to Milwaukee in 1939 and graduated from West Division High School in 1951. Gail was an amazing artist, painter, and writer and attended the esteemed Layton School Of Art in Milwaukee, WI. She married her husband, Reynold, in 1955. After traveling the world for the Service, they returned to Milwaukee and created a beautiful life and family there. Her later and happiest years were spent in Marenisco Mi/Presque Isle WI in a log house on a lake in the Northwoods. She loved reading, crossword puzzles, and all animals. Gail is preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth "Betsy" Tuzee and her parents Glenn and Helen Severson. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 yrs, Reynold Tuzee. Her loving daughter, Leslie Tuzee of Tampa, FL (Brian Canestraro), and her two amazing and loving grandchildren Allen Canestraro of USF, and Allison Canestraro of GT (Sebastian Sanchez). Memorial Services will be held 5:00 PM Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Christ Lutheran Church, 2507 Del Prado Blvd Cape Coral, FL 33904.
