Kelley, Garrett Garrett was reunited with his mother on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. Resident of Mequon, WI. Garrett was a remarkably talented, fun and loyal companion to countless friends from Mequon, Marquette University High School and the University of Dayton. Garrett, we will always remember your compassion for others, your passion for every sport, your quick wit, your infectious smile and your one-of-a-kind laugh. Precious son of Garry and the late Ann H. Kelley and loving brother of Bridget. Garrett blessed the lives of numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins for which they are most grateful. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 23 at 11:00 AM at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, 2700 W. Mequon Road (corner of Mequon and Range Line Road in Mequon). Interment will be private for family. Memorials in Garrett's name may be made to the Charles E. Kubly Foundation http://www.charlesekublyfoundation.org

Dear Garry and Bridget,
Though it was a lifetime ago, we still have wonderful memories when all our kids were young and played away the days at each others homes in Mequon. Garretts name came up just the other day with memories of an afternoon we were invited over to play, Garrett was so excited to see Tim; he ran up to him and bit him on the hip in the process of hugging him! Ann was mortified, Garrett was reprimanded but we all laughed because it was Not malicious in any way. Our Meagan now has a 3 yr old that when he gets excited may try to take a piece of you. Fond, wonderful memories. Thinking of you all! Stay healthy!

Garry, I met your brother at Costco's yesterday and learned of your son's passing a year ago. Your brother said there would be a Mass tonight at St. Robert's in Shorewood. I had planned on attending but found out there was nothing planned. Both Gloria Ceranowski and I wish to you all of our heartful prayers for your's and Bridget's healing. Dear Garrett and Bridget,
Through the kindness and caring of a respected friend, just this afternoon, I was directed to the Obituary for "Gerardo." I was saddened and hasten to send you my heartfelt condolences. Nevertheless, I permit myself to send to you both the thought that you will reap joy in knowing that "Gerardo" rests in eternal happiness in the company of the Lord and his precious mom, Ann. We must never lose sight nor credence that those who precede us into eternal life have found everlasting happiness ..... that belief will sustain all of us throughout troubling times. Chris and I were heading to Europe when we heard of the loss of your beloved Garrett. We were sorry we could not be around to join others who we knew would surround you with love! It was good to be going to Joan, who was deeply saddened by the loss of her lifelong friend, to comfort her. We visited many churches in Ireland, London and Paris and lit a candle and said prayers in each for Garrett and your family.
