Gary Douglas Obituary

Douglas, Gary Of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, died on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at the age of 48 years. Gary was born on June 8, 1966 in Fulton, Kentucky to Bobbie Jean Littleton and Lossie B. Douglas. He graduated from Fulton High School in 1983, was ordained a minister in December 5, 1993 at Universal Peace in Christ Church and attended Milwaukee Area Technical College with a focus of culinary arts. Gary enjoyed cooking, visiting family and friends, and working as a caregiver for a local Milwaukee transitional living facility. Gary was often referred to by family members and his inner circle as "Boo." "Boo" loved his family and meeting new people. "Boo" would do anything when called upon to support his family and friends. Milner, Gloria Dean Littleton-Blair, Alice F. Douglas, Rosa B. Ingram, Jennie B. Martin, and Maxine Littleton, and his uncles Earl Littleton, Frank Douglas, Jr and Parker Douglas. Gary was survived by his mother Bobbie Jean Taylor of Fulton, KY; his father Lossie B. Douglas of Kankakee IL; 9 brothers, 6 sisters; countless number of aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him very much. Gary's family would appreciate financial contributions to the "Memorial For Gary Douglas" at 544 East Ogden, Suite 700-116, Milwaukee, WI 53202. The visitation for Gary will be held on December 29, 2014 at United Church of the Living God at 609 Martin Luther King Drive in Fulton, KY 42041, beginning at 11 AM with services at 1 PM.
