George Gavran

Gavran, George Lifetime resident of West Allis, WI. Passed to Eternal Life Wednesday, January 25, 2017, age 88 years. Beloved husband of Lucille (nee Simonich). Loving father of Gary (Pamela) and Craig (Susan) Gavran. Proud grandfather of Adam (Candice), Angela (Blue) Aldridge, Corbyn, Georgia Lu, and Chandler and dear great grandfather of Parker, Harper, Paisley and Ryder. Brother of the late Peter and the late Emily. Brother-in-law of Annette Sterling and the late Florence Krupar. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at St. Aloysius Church (1405 S. 92nd St.) 9AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM. Entombment Mount Olivet Cemetery. Retired employee of Sears for 37 years. Member of the Knights of Columbus Council 3095. Past president of the Columbus Club of West Allis, and Past Navigator of Msgr. Arnold Assembly. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Aloysius Church appreciated. Thank you to all the staff at the Lutheran Home for their loving care.
