Dear Corinne and family,
Please accept our deepest sympathy over your loss of George. Dick and George go all the way back to grade school and high school. It was great to get reacquainted when I recognized his voice on the radio at Mitchell Field years after Bayview. In later years I played golf with George and once Sandy and I were married we would see him at Hales Corners Lutheran, as well. You may recall my son John played baseball with George's sons and we once again enjoyed each others company at the ball games. Again, please accept our deepest sympathy. It was a privilege to know George.

To the entire Van Ells family, my sincerest condolences you you all on the loss of George. He and Ron can now carry on their golf games upstairs without any concerns to pace of play. I always enjoyed my conversations with George at the diamond or on the golf course.

Sincerest sympathies to Family and Friends of our dear friend George. I had the great pleasure to work with George, for many years, as part of our MKE ATCT Family, and had breakfast with George at our monthly OF retirees breakfast. George was a great sport and great sportsman. He always had funny stories to tell. George was a fun guy, and a great friend. George will be sorely missed by all of us, but will always be remembered in our hearts. I know George will be avoiding the "sand traps" on the courses he will continue to play where he now is!!
