I was deeply saddened to learn of Gilbert's passing. Though it has been many years since Gilbert and I were classmates at Trinity Lutheran School, he has often been on my mind. His kindness and thoughtfulness left an enduring impression on me, and will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I am so sorry for your loss. They say passing of time helps ease the loss. I personally have not found that to be true but what I believe will help is surrounding yourself with people that share a fond memory of Gil. You and your girls sit back one night and just share his memory with each other and keep him close that way. Wishing you and the girls a calm spirit.
